So, now that LSL:R was on sale at GOG, I finally got to play it... and beat it within about four-and-a-half hours (including a pause for dinner). It wasn't ridiculously difficult or complicated, but since it was on sale for $7 or so, I got what I paid for.

On the other hand, my final score (ahem) was 4,160 points out of 5,500, which leads me to suspect ... what have I missed?

(And yes, I'm pretty sure I experienced most of the deaths - e.g. crossing the road, getting beat up in a dark alley, the bungee-cord-related deaths, the hooker-related deaths, the giving-alcohol-to-a-cabbie death, etc.) So... what did I miss? Now I'm curious. Anyone?

Ah, right. I intentionally tried to die, just to see (and hear) what would happen. The sound effects for the cabbie-with-wine death are done very well!
