If I can recall correctly, wasn't there a website where you could play Mystery House online through your browser without having the game? I tried googling it but couldn't find anything.

My sister finished the text game contest on Cort-X and she wants to play more text adventures, preferably online like that one. Are there any others online to play?

Mystery House was not a plain text game. It is considered the first graphical adventure. It was released to the public domain for Sierra's 7th anniversary. You can download it here with the AppleWin emulator.

Cool, thanks!

I cannot recommend the Infocom text adventure games enough. Here is a site that has a slew of them that you can play online: http://www.xs4all.nl/~pot/infocom/

What about Final Soul?

It's a DOS game...

Those are perfect, gumby! Thank you!

I was actually looking for Final Soul but forgot the name of it. I was hoping you would post it here!
