Sigh ... my answer to Ringworld was that "you start suspecting all aliens of wanting to start a war with earth, even legal aliens."

But Tawm beat me to the punch. ;)

So ... you start believing that all bards are rogues. And all rogues are bards. And all rogues can sing, and all bards can steal. :P

... your novel idea is based on the outcome of the games you run.

(And no, that's not a dig at you Rath - back in the day, when Wrestling was all the thing in late 90's - my friend and I would play WWE No Mercy and inject ourselves into the game; and write storylines on our fictional WWE website)

... it inspires you to start playing Police Quest 1 again. ;)

(Not insulted at all. I know Terry Pratchett, who wrote the famous Discworld novels, used to play D&D a lot. :) In fact, at that time (early 80s), a lot of fantasy novels came out inspired by D&D, or seeking to capitalise on the new "fantasy craze". Some of them were good, and quite a few were bad. Terry's first two Discworld books were making fun of the bad ones) ;)

Is that even possible? I have it on PC (running through DVDs), but when I tried to get it on GoG (because doing so would mean that I wouldn't need DVDs), the download didn't work -- I mean, the game told me that the installation didn't work correctly. (It didn't say why).
